Awareness of Behavior Style is important to building more effective communication; reducing tension between coworkers and developing more productive work relationships. With this understanding, one can gain insight into the impact of specific behaviors on other people, and learn how specific behaviors might be perceived as well as subsequently responded to.

Presentation skills

Three classes: 2 hour, 4 hour, and 1 Day

Presentation skills workshop is a 2, 4, or 1-day program that gives individuals the knowledge and skills they need to ensure that their delivery enhances the content and message of a presentation. Through self and peer-evaluation, practice, and discussion, individuals acquire knowledge and skills in a safe and supportive environment that allows them to make professional, effective presentations.

Four-hour class

Teamwork Workshop

Teamwork workshops cover assessments and programs are based on the Teams That Work model, which focuses on the six characteristics of high- performance teams. These characteristics include trust, respect, purpose, managing conflict, results and alignment.

There are two assessments based on the Teams That Work model, including Teams That Work and Teams That Work Plus+. Teams That Work gathers the perceptions of all team members; Teams That Work Plus+ gathers not only the perceptions of all team members but also isolates the perceptions of the leader and adds information about how both the team and leader view the leader’s performance on the six characteristics.

Managing people effectively and dealing with conflict.

Two workshops to choose from: Four hour or one day.

Navigating Conflict is a skill-building program that gives participants the awareness, tools and skills necessary to navigate conflict in a way that capitalizes on the opportunities conflict presents, if viewed objectively. Participants create a case study throughout the program to apply the information to a real world situation.
