___ Get enough Rest! Sleep well, 8-9 hours a night

___ Change your diet – healthy eating keeps blood sugar stable and helps you maintain energy

___ Eat three meals a day and healthy snacks (nuts, veggies, whole grains)

___ Drink 64 ounces of water every day

___ Exercise – take a 30-minute walk or jog everyday

Get out of the office, work in a coffee shop or a library for a few hours ___

Get to work earlier than normal for a week ___

Collaborate with a co-worker rather than going it alone ___

Add a new outfit to your business attire, something different for you ___

Clean your closets, desk drawers, and car trunk to clear the clutter from your mind ___

___ Write a count-your-blessings list – what are you grateful for?

___ Go on a positive mental diet – avoid the national news, Facebook and other social media for one month

___ Help someone else achieve a goal that matters to them

These are just 20 ideas of things you can do to shake yourself out of a rut. The possibilities are endless. My goal with this list is to get you moving, to get you started and leave you with this idea: If you are unhappy with the way things are, the good news is that the way things are is not the way things HAVE TO BE. You can change the way things are by changing the things you do. Try it, you’ll see.
